On the ground floor: large dining room of 62 m² with lounge area (flat screen TV), fully equipped kitchen (piano 4 gas rings and plancha integrated, large oven, microwave, extractor hood, US fridge, dishwasher). Master suite composed of a bedroom with 1 bed 2 people 160x200cm, large closet and a bathroom with walk-in shower, double basin and heated towel rail. Separate WC. On then the floor: comfortable living room 45 m² with a bar (4 gas fires, oven, small dishwasher, coffee machine Nespresso pods). Wood stove. Sofas, coffee table, flat-screen TV. Adjoining terrace with private jacuzzi/spa heated (4 people) and bioclimatic pergola. A bedroom with 1 bed 2 persons 160 x 200. A bedroom with 2 beds 1 person 90x200cm. A bathroom with corner bath, double washbasin and heated towel rail. WC with wash-hand. Private swimming-pool 8x4m (depth max 2 m), accessible from 15/04 to 30/09. Gravelled courtyard 3000 m². Pets allowed free of charge with an extra deposit of € 200. Ducks, doves and dogs on the property, in closed pens, on the other side of the cottage (no noise). In the same building but well separated from the cottage an other accommodation can occasionally be occupied by a person working on the fields (no nuisance). Tourist tax.
