Secure access with code. The apartment is on the 1st floor with a lift. Access via a common courtyard.

Entry via the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a removable induction plate 1 fire, combined microwave grill, a small refrigerator, a Senseo coffee machine and a dining area with 2 high chairs.

Large living room of 29 m² with:
- night area with 1 bed 2 persons 160 x 200 cm, flat screen TV, library, office.
- dining area with a sofa and 2 armchairs, small table.
2 large mirrors and ornamental fireplace. Air conditioning (included).

Large bathroom with shower 90x120cm. Towel heating. Separated WC accessible via the bathroom.

Sheets, towels, table linen, heating and end of stay cleaning included. Internet (wifi). Cleaning during the stay possible on request (€30).
Parking at 500 m: Parking of the Center, price €17 for 24 hours in summer, 54,10€ per week from 01/09/16.
